South Dakota Housing Development Authority Rates and Regulations
South Dakota's First Time Homebuyers Program. Can be used in conjunction with Conventional, FHA, VA or RD/USDA program guidelines. This program offers the opportunity for an interest rate of 4.375% for a step rate or 5.375% for a fixed rate program. This can be used for existing homes as well as New Construction homes. SDHDA programs are available and certain income guidelines do apply.
